The food will be prepared on board by our chef, and it’s fish ceviche, tuna sashimi, shrimp ceviche, guacamole, quesadillas, cheeses and mermelade, vegetables and salpicon tostadas.
Drinks
All our tours include a premium brand open bar with mixology. Enjoy the day on the beach while we do the rest. The brand can change without notice, but mostly the brands of the day are these ones: Bacardi rum, Havana Club rum, tequila Tradicional, tequila Maestro Dobel Diamante, Chivas Regal whisky, Grey Goose vodka, corona beer, XX beer and tecate light beer.

We have inflatable; a floating platform designed to make your stay in the water a chill and easy one. Snorkeling gear also, so you have a dive on the best reefs of the world. Sound system via bluetooth, towels and snacks. What else do you need? let us know.

Booking I N F O R M A T I O N & EXTRAs
How do I make my reservation? We require a 30% deposit to reserve your boat and date. The remaining balance will be paid at the office on the day of the trip before boarding.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. Also cash for the remaining balance.
Can you pick me up at my hotel in Cozumel? Yes, pick-up is available at select hotels for an extra charge of $100 USD. Please note that not all docks are suitable for all boats.
What happens with cancellations due to bad weather? We will do our best to reschedule your trip. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund your deposit using the same payment method. We typically do not cancel due to rain unless it is expected to rain all day.
CLIENT CANCELLATION FEES
The client authorizes YachtFlex to apply the reservation deposit as a cancellation fee and/or charge said fee directly to the credit card on file.
The client always has the option to reschedule the experience to avoid any cancellation fees; we can provide a voucher valid for 2 years.
CANCELLATION FEES:
- 7 days in advance: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the experience will receive a full refund.
- 6 to 2 days in advance: For cancellations made between 6 and 2 days before the experience, the 30% deposit will be retained by the company.
- 24 hours in advance: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience, the full amount will be charged to the card on file.
- No-Show: If the client does not arrive at the marina at the scheduled date and time, a full charge will be applied to the registered card.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY COZUMEL YACHT RENTALS:
- Port closed by the Harbor Master (Capitanía).
- Days where rain, lightning, or wind prevent us from ensuring proper safety.
- In the event of a mechanical breakdown or if the vessel requires maintenance before the trip.
In any of these situations, the company will attempt to change the date or the vessel. If this is not possible, 100% of the cost of the experience will be refunded to your card.
