Cozumel has just a few yacht rentals — many owners keep their yachts in Puerto Aventuras. The yachts that are not here in Cozumel, we bring them over for you, directly from the Riviera Maya. If your hotel has a dock for yachts, we can pick you up there.
All Cozumel yacht rentals include beers, water, sodas, snorkel equipment, sailor and captain. The sailor also works as your waiter, so he attends you all the time — and we arrange all the snorkeling equipment so you don’t have to worry at all.

A water taxi from Cozumel can be a yacht for $1,600 USD one way, or a fishing boat for $950 USD. If your hotel has a deep-enough dock we can park there; otherwise we drop you off at Puerto Aventuras, where a Suburban can take you to your hotel.

How much does it cost to rent a private yacht in Cozumel?
Prices start at $300 USD per hour on the Cabo 48 and go up to $12,000 USD for a 6-hour charter on the Azimut 85, Cozumel’s most exclusive yacht. Budget options like the Boston 33 start at $1,100 USD for 4 hours, and the catamaran for 25 people is $1,200 USD for 6 hours.
What is included in a Cozumel yacht charter?
All Cozumel yacht rentals include captain and sailor, beers, water, sodas and snorkel equipment. Many yachts also include food and an open bar — check each boat’s page for its exact inclusions.
Where do the yachts depart from?
Most yachts depart from the Puerto de Abrigo marina in Cozumel. A few larger boats, like the Sea Ray 40 and the 72 Mega Boat, depart from Puerto Aventuras. If your hotel has a dock deep enough for yachts, we can pick you up there.
How long does it take to get to El Cielo beach?
About an hour. We usually stop to snorkel at reefs like Palancar or Columbia on the way, so the full El Cielo trip is typically a 6-hour charter.
Can I bring more guests than the base price includes?
Yes, up to each yacht’s legal maximum capacity. On most yachts, additional guests cost $100 USD per person.
How do I reserve, and what if the weather is bad?
A 30% deposit reserves your date and the balance is paid on the day of the charter. If the Port Authority closes the port due to weather, we reschedule at no cost or refund your deposit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (domestic and international), PayPal, Zelle for US guests, and cash.
