How fast do you reply?
Usually in less than an hour between 7 am and 10 pm Cancún time. Messages after hours are answered first thing in the morning.
Do you speak English?
Yes — our team and crews are bilingual (English / Spanish).
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit reserves your date. The balance is paid on the day of the charter in cash or by transfer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (domestic and international), PayPal, Zelle for US guests, and cash.
What’s included in the charter?
Captain and sailor, beers, water, sodas and snorkel equipment are included on all Cozumel yacht rentals. Some yachts add food and open bar — see each boat’s page for details.
